About Raffaele: When Raffaele decided to open Outdo hair studio he had a dream to create a salon with a positive energy that could be felt by everyone who walks through the door.  He knew that the beauty business has plenty of salons that do good technical work but he wanted to go one better.  He wanted to create an environment where you can feel welcomed, pampered, and most importantly understood. As a national platform artist for several major hair products companies, Raffaele has had the opportunity to speak with some of the most successful salon professionals in the world.  The most important thing he has learned is that every person that walks through the door is the most important client he has and he treats them exactly that way.

Diana Reis

About Diana: Diana has a passion for what she does that is unparalleled in the industry.  Whether it’s creating a hair color that will bring out the best in her client or a tweaking that haircut until it’s perfect, it is obvious that Diana is a true professional in every sense of the word.  Although she is too modest to tell you, A quick look at the certifications and awards on her wall is a testament to just how accomplished she is.

Paul Pereira

About Paul: My vision is based on the belief that my clients needs are of the utmost importance. Throughout my career my motivation has been  to provide my clients with the ultimate experience in professional salon services, the latest in cutting edge styles, beauty trends and industry advances. I believe education and diversity are key in the success of this vision.  I attend advanced technical training regularly for all hair textures.  I have been an educator and platform artist  for the Toni & Guy Cosmetic Artistic Team for 15 years , and an  Educator for L'Oreal Professional Hair Color. Through my affiliation with both companies I have received an advanced education, and have been able to participate in many fashion events, runway, photo shoots, film, television , industry publications and acquire a celebrity clientele.
